The VIP Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization located in Scottsdale, AZ, solely dedicated to funding people, groups, organizations, and programs that address issues and improve the lives of others. The Foundation facilitates the growth and effectiveness of philanthropic contributions and expands the culture of giving to meet the needs of the community.
Realizing a long-standing dream to have a positive impact on the lives of others, VIP Foundation founder, Jay Barbour, is committed to being a true community partner. Through research and discussion with members of the community, the Foundation determines the most critical needs of the under-recognized and under-funded. The VIP Foundation helps to make immediate and long-lasting improvements in the lives of people throughout the state of Arizona.
The organization began as a way to dedicate resources to provide lasting solutions to emerging issues. It inspires hope, leadership, and generosity in the region by bringing stability and collaboration to the nonprofit sector.
In a nutshell, the VIP Foundation is in the business of matchmaking: distributing our Foundation funds to other 501(c)(3) charitable organizations and people in need.
The Foundation separates “giving” into three categories:
Quality of Life
Support for public spaces, parks, trails, the outdoors, animal welfare, children’s issues, and education.

Health & Wellness
Support for food assistance, nutrition, health-related organizations, wellness, fitness, disease prevention and research, and people experiencing health emergencies.

Collaboration
Support for civic organizations, the military, veterans, and other non-profits with a shared mission.

The VIP Foundation ensures that 100% of your donation reaches the designated charity.
